Scalp Micro-Pigmentation

Scalp Micro-Pigmentation(SMP)

Create The Illusion of Thicker Hair

A non-invasive procedure for resolving the undesired look left after significant hair loss is scalp micro pigmentation. The purpose of this process, also known as hair pigmentation, is to give a fuller look to the hair without undergoing a hair transplant procedure. The scalp micropigmentation technique, also known as SMP, creates the appearance of hair follicles using dots. By using scalp micropigmentation in Malaysia, many people have been able to improve the appearance of their hair.

How does scalp micro pigmentation work?

The process of scalp micropigmentation involves injecting natural pigments under the outer layer of the skin. A very fine needle is used to inject the pigment using an electric tattooing device. It is ideal for creating tiny dots under the skin that resemble hair follicles. Usually, different shades of pigment are used to achieve a more natural appearance.

According to the size of the target area, a scalp micro pigmentation session can take between one and six hours in Malaysia.

Is micro pigmentation suitable for all individuals?

An SMP procedure may be suitable for individuals who suffer from regional hair loss, thinned hair, or male or female pattern baldness.

Micropigmentation is not only useful for covering up tanned or bald areas but can also be used to conceal problem areas in the beard and eyebrows. It is also possible to conceal scars left by accidents or unsuccessful surgeries using this technique. A scar on the scalp, beard, or eyebrows can be removed with micro pigmentation.

Those with blonde or red hair may not be as suitable for scalp micro pigmentation. Micropigmentation is also ineligible for people who are allergic to the pigments used in the procedure.
